UK DELIVERIES
Orders over £50: FREE Evri or Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (2-3 days)

All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days of placing the order. We offer delivery with Evri and Royal Mail at checkout and you will receive a tracking email once dispatched. Your delivery may need to be signed for.
Please note that products on Pre-Order will have the estimated timeframe for dispatch on the product page and Customised products have an estimated 4 working days to be created before they are moved to dispatch.
USA, AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES
Orders over £50 ($60 US DOLLARS) : FREE International Delivery (2-3 days)
Order below £50 ($60 US DOLLARS): DHL International Delivery (£15.95) (2-3 days)
We take care of all duties and taxes, so you have nothing to pay.

EU DELIVERIES

All orders are sent using DHL. All customs/duty payable by the customer.

NEED TO CANCEL or MADE A MISTAKE?
Any orders must be cancelled or amended within one hour of order confirmation by emailing warehouse@johnny-loves-rosie.com with your order number and reason for cancelation or amendments.
RETURNS
We hope you love your JLR purchase, but should you change your mind, we only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Please ensure items are returned the way we sent them out to you.
- All labels and tags must still be attached with no marks to the pieces.
We accept returns back within 28 days of the dispatch date providing they are in a re-sellable and unworn condition and in the original box. Please note all personalised items and gifting options are non refundable.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Return postage costs are not covered, therefore please retain your proof of postage - we recommend the Royal Mail signed for service in the UK.

RETURNING PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of these pieces they are non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of faulty products. If you feel like your bespoke item may be faulty please do get in touch with us at hello@johnny-loves-rosie.com to discuss this matter!
DISCLAIMER
As every product is monogrammed by hand, whilst utmost care is taken, there may be incidences where two embossed bags may not be identical. Due to the nature of the hot foiling being hand stamped we cannot guarantee the same outlook every time, therefore every piece will differ slightly. (This just makes it more unique to you!) Due to the texture of our bags there may be variations in the foil coverage on each bag.
JLR WARRANTY
All Johnny Loves Rosie products have a 180 day warranty from the date of purchase
In the unlikely event that a product fails in the warranty period including all stitching, zips, metalwork, or straps you can return it to us for a repair or replacement so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period.
This does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents or unauthorised repair. If you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, contact our customer service team at hello@johnny-loves-rosie.com
Please note that our warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
