You’ll report to both the Director and Head of Marketing and will be responsible for managing and maintaining new and existing wholesale accounts, ensuring all queries and necessary requests are dealt with in a timely manner, while providing day to day support to the wider team including, dealing with suppliers, logistics, forecasting stocks and sales, reporting on sales and best sellers.

This role is full time, working remotely and in the office.


  • Dealing with suppliers and logistics
  • Forecasting stocks and sales and reporting on sales and best sellers. 
  • Putting together reports to forecast stocks, forecast sales, suggesting promos or markdowns to clear through any old stock.
  • Using google analytics to find sales trends & working within a team to really get involved in growing the brand and sales.
  • Building the brand with different wholesale partners and online retailers ​​and building strong commercial relationships with external parties and accounts.
  • Manage the order process for all our partners including managing all trackers and orders within the system
  • Assist in the set up of new accounts
  • Liaising with marketing, manage the seasonal assets ensuring all partners receive these as required
  • Review trade weekly to identify opportunities to drive further sales through replen and rebuys
  • Create weekly and monthly reporting for the business


  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical for the role
  • Ability to work both well in team and autonomously
  • Previous experience working in eCommerce
  • Previous experience working with Shopify 
  • Previous experience with e-commerce analytics
  • Experience in Google Analytics.
  • Strong Project management skills
