What is a PreOrder Product?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. This means that you you can be the first to get your hands on an item and guarantee you will get your item once it is released. 

By placing a pre-order purchase with Johnny Loves Rosie you are agreeing to purchase an item that is not yet available and that you will pay for the pre-order item(s) on the day that you place the order and receive the purchase later once it has been released. The dates for the pre-order items are clearly displayed on our website. 

Your pre-order will be despatched to you approx 7 working days after the release date when it has been customised by hand for personalisation requests. 

Your pre-order will be despatched approx 3 - 5 working days after the release date for non-customised purchases.  

Please note that if your order contains a pre-order item, the complete order will be sent to you together in one parcel, once the pre-order item is ready to send.

If you require the other non pre-order items in your order to arrive sooner, we can arrange part-shipment of your order for just £5.95 part-shipment postage fee.

 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns page for further information. 

JLR London leather goods Ltd retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

Firstly, we are sorry that you may have received a faulty item. If you believe that your item is faulty please send a clear image of the item with an explanation of the fault, plus proof of purchase, to hello@johnny-loves-rosie.com for review within 28 days of purchase. Once we have confirmed the item is faulty a new item will be sent to you free of charge or we can process a full refund if requested once the faulty item has been returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Your legal rights entitle you to the following:

  1. Up to 14 days: if you change your mind, then you can return theses for a refund 
  2. Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can return theses for a refund.
  3. Up to six months: if your goods can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to return these for a full refund, in most cases.

Discounts:


All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.  

The offer code must be entered into the Voucher Code field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.

Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order. Discount codes can not be used on already discounted items.

Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time. 
Discounts can not be back dated or applied to previous orders.

 

Contract

When you place an order and make a full payment, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This is not an Order Acceptance from Johnny Loves Rosie. Our acceptance of your order will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. 

 

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. During a sale all Delivery costs will be charged at full price, any offers of Free Delivery will be turned off during sales. 

 

Customs and Duties

You (the customer) is liable for any customs and duties costs incurred when receiving your order. JLR London leather goods Ltd will not pay them and if they are not paid your order will be returned to us.
If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!

By consenting to JLR London's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of JLR London through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
